Verdict
This is a competitive handicap in which Victoria Peek, Geordie Dancer and Howards Princess form the shortlist and we will nominate Victoria Peek as our idea of the winner. The selection is a course and distance winner who probably found the minimum trip a little on the sharp side here last time when she finished well beaten behind Best Port. Both her career wins have come over today's trip and with conditions to suit she should go close. Geordie Dancer has put up a couple of creditable efforts of late so he is certainly interesting today. However, he has given the impression that he might be best suited by a step back up in trip and for that reason we will take him on. Howards Princess finished well behind our selection last time but that run is best ignored as she was badly hampered at the start. No Commission has won over today's course and distance and is another in with an each-way shout. However, for the winner we will stick with Victoria Peek.
