      Verdict

      Why We Dream was far too keen over 1m2f last time at Brighton and is back over her winning distance today. Cascella won at Leicester last month before finishing fourth at Musselbugh but, like most of these, has plenty to prove on today’s surface. WHERE’S JEFF (NAP) was successful over course and distance in July and just beaten in a better race over slightly further on the track later. He was only beaten a short-head on his only previous run on soft going and looks the one to beat in this. Rampant Lion, Mametz Wood and the returning Havana Go all look to have decent each-way claims but Jimmy Geronimo’s possible abstention would affect place terms.
