Madame Ambassador placed here before finishing runner-up at Goodwood while Charles St went close at Musselburgh last month and has a shout on that form. Ravenscraig Castle takes a further drop in distance having run well in a higher grade at Ayr but EBONY MAW may prove the one to side with. He’s slid 10lb down the weights since joining Ewan Whillans’ yard and first-time cheekpieces may bring further improvement having posted a better effort at Haydock last time.
