Verdict
In his current form Blushing Spur is bound to be a popular choice to take this competitive-looking six furlong handicap. A win at Goodwood at the end of May was followed by a creditable second to Jools at Windsor last time. Raised another 2lbs since, the son of Flying Spur has more to do but should not be discounted. Baby Barry and Quantica also found just the one too good on their most recent starts and warrant respect, as does the Barry Hills-trained Rafters Music, who is capable of better than he has shown of late.
