      Verdict

      Arletta Star has been raised 3lb for beating Saikung over 7f at Carlisle. The latter is weighted to reverse running but JUST MY TYPE makes more appeal. Roger Varian’s filly was placed behind subsequent handicap winner Neon Sea at Goodwood on her reappearance and is fancied to improve now handicapping for the first time. This Girl drops down in both class and distance and the return to this faster surface will also suit but Lady Lavinia has only won a seller so far and Longville Lilly is even harder to fancy.
