      Verdict

      The handicapper has taken no chances with either Mankini or Venue. Both are progressive but the former has a 10lb hike in the weights to contend with and Lady Cecil's colt has been raised 9lb after winning his handicap debut over track and trip. By contrast, FENNELL BAY can race off the same mark as when beaten less than a length in a tougher race at Sandown last week and he gets the nod back over his optimum trip. Guising is better than his poor effort back in May suggests but Incendo looks up against it in this company.
