Verdict

Springwood Drive has shown early pace over longer trips and is worth a try over today’s 5f after finding only one too good at Doncaster on her handicap debut. But RED ALLURE looks set to open her account having finished third over track and trip last time with an apprentice taking 7lb off her back for this. Sarasota Bay would prefer softer going judged on earlier placed efforts as she drops down in distance along with Diamond Shower, who failed to fire at Hamilton on last month’s handicap bow.
