Verdict
SATELLITE was slowly away on his reappearance at York and then hampered entering the straight but kept on nicely under hands and heels in the closing stages and Ryan Moore keeps the partnership intact. William Haggas' four-year-old is just preferred to the back-to-form Chancery, who was third in the Zetland Gold Cup at Redcar after winning at Ripon and will enjoy the longer trip. Maid In Rio is a thorough stayer who needs further still, however, while Barbican doesn't look the force of old. Tamasha won by six lengths on her debut at Salisbury last year and her only other start came in a Listed race on Polytrack. She is totally unexposed but the market will be the best guide to her chances following a lay-off.
