      Verdict

Aegean Dancer was good value for his win at Musselburgh last time but an 8lb rise for that success leaves him with more to do here and preference is for Dig Deep, who gets the vote ahead of Ishi Adiva. The last mentioned has harshly been raised 6lbs for her win at Newmarket last time and may have to settle for minor honours. Hoh Hoh Hoh is capable of taking a hand in the finish but is another that seems to be in the grip of the handicapper at present, while Orientor may prefer more cut in the ground. Texas Gold loves fast ground and has to be respected having shown better form last time but a better bet looks to be the William Haggas-trained Dig Deep who has done little wrong of late and he is taken to resume winning ways.
