Verdict

William Muir thinks a lot of CRUISER and he gets our vote in the first division of this maiden. The colt showed distinct signs of inexperience on his debut before taking a narrow second at Sandown and he ran as well as could've been expected in a valuable sales race at Newmarket. The winner of that contest is a crack juvenile who has gone in since and this drop in class can see Cruiser get off the mark. Secret Tycoon is held by our selection according to official BHA ratings so the biggest threat may emerge from Karate, a newcomer bred to sprint. Mark Johnston's juveniles traditionally improve for their debuts but market support must be noted, as it should for Loose Quality who has a pedigree that suggests he can win a race at two. Face The Future looks a nursery type while Mr Dream Maker may once again find things happening too quickly.
