Verdict

Skylla ran a fine race in a competitive York handicap last time but will face stiff competition for the lead from We Have A Dream, who is without a win this term but excels over this trip and could well prove hard to pass. Our vote however goes to HORSERADISH for Michael Bell, a horse yet to finish out of the frame in six starts, winning three. He's got a fine record fresh so the 131-day absence is no concern and he'll cope should the heavens open, so in a tightly-nit race the least exposed member of the line-up can find what he needs to score. Fathsta has come back to form lately but he's shown a distinct liking for less conventional tracks and may be best watched while Lucky Numbers' course win came over five furlong and that trip does seem to serve him best.
