Verdict

The front-running SECRET MISTRAL won over 6f here last May and led for a long way over that trip on a return visit. Dropping back to the minimum should suit and she's handed the vote in a tricky handicap. Paddy's Day has changed stables after a poor run at Nottingham where the soft ground didn't suit while Mistamac didn't show enough on his handicap debut at Redcar to merit consideration. Match Play has been hit and miss but ran in a better race at York last time while Newcastle winner Herakles found 6f to far here last month.
