Verdict
In receipt of a couple of pounds from most of these Tiber looks worthy of a bet if the price is not too short. A winner at Goodwood last season, this John Gosden-trained colt will appreciate the fast going being a half-brother to top miler Almushtarak who proved most effective on good-to-firm going. For a bit of value Barney McCall can be given serious consideration. His effort at Doncaster earlier in the season showed promise and with the first and fourth that day running well in defeat at Newmarket on Thursday the form looks fairly solid. Capulette has ability but looks inconsistent and is not one to trust while Oaks entry La Mouline, proven on fast ground, may need this first outing of the season like she did last year. Senor Sol completes the line up but on the evidence of his form last season looks badly handicapped.
