Verdict

Despite missing the break and then running green, REPRESENT only went down by a neck in a driving finish over 5f at Ascot on her debut. She looks certain to be suited by the extra furlong here and can open her account. Blodwen Abbey should build on her second at Wolverhampton and Nearly A Gift wasn't disgraced when fifth at Chester earlier this month but there are also a few potentially decent newcomers lining up here. Jockey bookings suggest the Exceed And Excel filly Dare To Dream is the pick of Richard Hannon's pair while there is plenty of speed in the pedigree of Tom Dascombe's Switcher, who can also play a part.
