Mijhaar looked a sure-fire future winner when staying on into second behind Fulgur on his debut at Newbury in the autumn. Midnight Oil is bred in the purple but so is fellow newcomer TIMELINE, who receives the nomination. Godolphin's Elusive Quality colt, who is out of the top-class Last Second and cost 425,000gns as a yearling, is a half-brother to a number of smart performers and likely to be fully primed here.
