        Verdict

        A competitive stayers' handicap here and we'll take Bukit Tinggi to win it, with Hill Billy Rock and Command Marshal among the dangers. The selection finished ahead of Command Marshal at Doncaster earlier in the month and is now 4lb better off with that rival, so should be able to confirm the form. He is lightly-raced and open to improvement and comes from a yard in form, and he should handle the ground, so he can score. Michael Scudamore does not run too many on the level and it often pays to take note when he does. He runs Command Marshal, who has just one win to his name from 10 turf starts but has been going well over a trip and was only just pipped over slightly further on fast ground at Warwick last time, but at the weights today he is opposed. Hill Billy Rock stayed on to beat Danzatrice at Musselburgh last time out and handles conditions, so with a 4lb rise he can still get very competitive. Inspirina is stepped up in trip and has to prove his stamina and his ability to handle the ground, Markington will improve for a recent pipe opener, while Mt Desert also has form with Danzatrice and acts on the ground. He too can improve for his first start of the season and could make the frame, but for today we'll take Bukit Tinggi to score.
