Verdict
CHEF D’OEUVRE (NAP) won this last year off a 7lb higher mark. His form this season has lacked consistency but he is more than capable of a repeat if on a going day. Generator City is having a first run for Ian Williams but did win over 3m2f at Carlisle in the autumn so should stay this trip. Tim Pat’s stamina credentials aren’t as strong but he’s still unexposed over fences and is on a hat-trick. The Late Legend and Dragonfruit are also worth a second look.
