In depth

Verdict

Mrs Barnes produced a 50/1 shock at Huntingdon and has been very lightly raced but has more on her plate here. Style It Out looks very progressive and a step back up in trip won’t be a problem but she is carrying 12lb extra. Midnight legacy is making her hurdling debut after a year off and may need the experience so this can go to UPTOWN LADY, who was staying on when unseating her rider at the last in a Grade 3 at Sandown last month and would have been placed at worst had she stood up. Jonjo O’Neill’s mare had beaten a subsequent winner 14 lengths earlier at Warwick. Fable is progressing but has a bit to find with the selection off level weights.
