        Verdict

        TAFAAKHOR cost 190,000gns as a yearling and the Dark Angel colt made a very promising debut at York when the first four finished a long way ahead of their rivals. He can make the most of his experience here to beat newcomers Hyde Park and Final Reckoning. John Gosden's colt is closely related to useful 7f winner Projected and should win races while the Godolphin entry changed hands for 220,000gns and is out of a 5f winner so will be expected to start paying his way sooner rather than later. Mokarris, who runs in the same colours as the selection, and Rashford's Double are others to note.
