This looks wide-open but Dark Defender is an interesting runner. He'll be all the better for his run at Newmarket and won twice as a juvenile. Recent winners Avenue Of Stars and General Alexander step up a grade for this but York fourth Dheban should go well if in the mood and Times Legacy could be anything after just the two starts. Alizoom, Dutch Gallery and Ice Age could also figure, though the latter may be better over an extra furlong. GIDDY finished with a rattle on her reappearance in a decent race at Ripon and was just denied. Still unexposed, she looks a step ahead of the handicapper.
