Verdict
Punkawallah didn't show in three all-weather maidens but it was a different matter when he came here in mid-summer, completing a double over track and trip. Not surprisingly he's up 8lb but would be a threat to all if ready to roll. Rainbow Rebel looked suited to an extended 1m4f at Newcastle and that could be his trip nowadays but COPPER BAKED, who started out with Karl Burke before moving to France, returned to the yard to gain a surprise victory at Wolverhampton and can go in again from just 3lb higher. Doctor Cross hasn't had much racing but has shown ability and begins the new campaign on a low enough mark.
