Le Duck is a French import from a top stable and he was second last time out at Auteil on soft ground and he may be one to fear if more rain arrives. Bude showed improved form to be second last time out behind Bongo Fury but that was a moderate race and this looks a lot more competitive. Triple Glory has also shown some ability over hurdles notably when fourth behind Ryder's Storm last time out, but again this looks tougher however he looks to have the most solid form of those that have run. Of the newcomers Forzacurity could be a value each way bet he has been running in fair handicaps on the flat of late, will go on the ground and a market move for this seven furlong flat winner could be significant. Wensley Blue is another to consider with the booking of Tony McCoy taking the eye. Short Change has also been in fair form on the flat of late without winning and if he sees the trip out he could play a hand in the finish but his best form is with slightly more cut in the ground. Mistanoora who ran well for a long way in a better race last time out will find this easier and his stable is in good form. The remainder will have to show much improved form for the switch to hurdles to take a hand in the finish.
