In depth

Verdict

Michigan Blue was in cracking form last season apart from disappointing on his last run but having been given a break this course and distance winner is taken to regain the winning thread with conditions in his favour. Iarona has been winning with the minimum of fuss in selling hurdles of late but he is not as resolute over fences as hurdles and looks worth taking on. Dual Star is another to consider on his best form on fast ground but he has been let down by his jumping at a crucial stage on his last two starts. Thunderpoint could also run well under his optimum conditions off what looks a fair mark having ran a fair race last time out when fourth behind Passereau last time out, White In Front was in front of Thunderpoint on that occasion but he would have been more suited to the ground and it would be no surprise if there placings were reversed here. The remainder need to improve on there latest form to score.
