Seasquill is out to get the losses back and can do so, with Stocks 'n' Shares and Lord of The Hill the main dangers. Ferdy Murphy has been patient with Seasquill since he was pulled up over hurdles at Huntingdon in March, and has schooled him extensively over fences. His two efforts over the larger obstacles have not yielded a victory yet but it is only a matter of time before he comes good judged on the evidence so far. He came off second best in a battle with Another Joker at Haydock on his reappearance, and, sent off favourite at Ayr four days ago, again found one too good in The Tinker. His jumping was not up to scratch at the Scottish track, but he will find these fences less demanding, and can make the journey from Middleham pay off. Stocks 'n' Shares only had one rival to beat at Folkestone, and was left on her own when he departed two out. She had failed to get round in points in the past, so is not the best of conveyances. Lord of The Hill is a course winner who found Cheltenham too tough last time. He will bounce off the ground and is expected to try and make all here, but will set the race up for Seasquill. Fiery Peace is still a maiden but his latest effort has been franked by the subsequent success of Midlem Melody on Wednesday. He may reach the frame, but for the winner we return to Seasquill.
