In depth
Verdict
A dire affair in which in the in-form Peter Bowen looks to have found a decent opportunity for Dragon King. Tom Greenway gets on well with the eleven-year-old and provided that the jumping is up to scratch, he must hold a serious chance off a mark of 90. Blazing Batman is moderate but galloping doctor Philip Pritchard will have targeted this race from a long while back and he has to be respected. Western Fort's rules form is woeful to say the least but the yard is shrewd and the market should be watched. Glanmerin looks to have completely lost the plot these days. Lucky Joe returns from a long absence and looks none-too-well treated off today's mark. In a poor closing race, Dragon King is recommended at minimum stakes.
