Verdict
Mindanao, Gone Too Far and Double Blade look the three to concentrate on in this Beginners chase and the confident vote goes to Minanao. The selection was a good third on his chasing debut behind Only One Matty. He is sure to have learnt from the experience and with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Gone Too Far rates the main danger he was a fair second behind Jodante last time and with the step up in trip sure to suit he will not be far away. Double Blade was third behind Shayadi last time out but he is far from fluent at the obstacles and he will need to brush up in that department if he is to score. Of the remainder Lights On is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Mindanao.
