Verdict
Design Plan was behind Torngat at Overton in March and makes his debut under Rules. Vent D'automne has been in terrific form between the flags but so has CULLIN HILLS, who gets the nod. Matts Commission started favourite for this last year and found only one too good. He had no chance in the Foxhunters’ at Aintree last month but this looks a lot less competitive.
