Verdict

ELIZA DOALOTT has scored three times now in the point-to-point field and is taken to follow up with another win under rules with both Silver Sedge and Anshan Spirit worth noting. The selection won a similar race over course and distance last May and has since been making hay while the sun has been shining between the flags. She comes into the race in top order and with conditions in her favour she is taken to win again. Silver Sedge has recent winning form at Kelso and has a hefty penalty to carry as a result. He is sure to struggle to give the selection eleven pounds and for that reason should be treated with caution. Anshan Spirit has been running consistently well in defeat of late but always finds one too good on the day. Another good run can be expected but he may have to settle for place prize money once again. Eliza Doalott is the form horse in the race and looks the percentage call.
