Verdict

More than half of this field have already won at the track. Beyondtemptation has won four times but she needs some give in the ground. Heist, Quick Brew and Loch Linnhe have various absences to overcome while the latter’s stablemate Lough Salt was beaten when falling at Catterick in February. The drop in distance is a slight worry for Kelso winner TOO MANY CHIEFS but he won his maiden over course and distance a year ago and is guaranteed to be staying on when others have cried enough today. Bell Weir has run on the Flat since last seen over timber so also warrants a mention with his low weight.
