In depth
Verdict
Yes Sir took time to get his head in front over fences but has now won his last three starts and is taken to make it four on the bounce here with Texas Ranger and Sir Night rated the main dangers. The selection was easily the best of these over hurdles and now that he is beginning to get his act together over the larger obstacles is impossible to oppose. Heather Lad has run some respectable races but looks to be booked for a place at best, while Mr Twins would need to improve on all known evidence to take a hand. Texas Ranger was rated 125 over hurdles when with Charlie Mann and could be of interest first time out over fences for new connections, while Sir Night is relatively lightly raced over obstacles and may be open to more improvement but Yes Sir has obvious claims and cannot be opposed.
