Verdict

None of these inspire confidence though CHIEF BRODY has won on the back of a lay-off before. He was last seen in action when fourth at Warwick in May last year and a chance is taken on Bill Muir’s charge making a winning return. Bon Calvados may do better now handicapping after a poor effort at Taunton but Tegerek has gone backwards since placing at Carlisle and is fitted with a hood. Marmont won off today’s mark at Taunton last March but the rest have shown little to recommend them recently.
