In depth
Verdict
Another race that looks fairly one-sided, and Sh Boom is impossible to oppose. Jonjo O'Neill's dual bumper winner was an impressive scorer on his hurdling debut at Uttoxeter, before giving the high class Lord Sam a run for his money at Kempton, and will not be meeting anything of that calibre here. A clear round should suffice, and the forecast will be harder to find. German flat winner Muskatsturm shaped well on his hurdling debut at Warwick but appeared to struggle in the bottomless ground last time. He should have a better surface here, and is preferred to Elgar, who shaped well when second to Indalo at Haydock, but has been off the course for nearly a year since then.
