    In depth

    Verdict

Orange Street, Etandard Indien and Assoon look the key players in the race and we side with Orange Street. Linda Mongan's representative was a solid winner at Newbury over 2m5f and does not look to be too harshly treated on what is a fairly moderate affair. Etandard Indien is often well backed. A decent type on the level, it would not be the greatest of surprises if today's prevailing going brings out the best of him. Assoon is exposed at this level. There is a suspicion that he is better on softer going so we will oppose. Delightful Cliche showed some ability on this surface in a bumper and is watched in the market. Afadan is visored for the first time. Orange Street is potentially open to improvement on the surface and we shall elect to be with him here.
