Verdict

MIDNIGHT MARY has improved for the step up in trip since going handicapping and won over course and distance earlier in the month in a first-time tongue-tie. There looks more to come and she’s just preferred to Candy Lou. The latter can figure if lasting home having won over 2m4f here last week for which she’s penalised while Sound Of Music finished ahead of Always Able when third at Taunton and should go well again. Champagne Lilly may do better now handicapping though Emmas Dilemma has plenty to find with the selection.
