Verdict
Broken Eagle weakened dramatically and was pulled up at Cheltenham over a shorter trip earlier this month but the fact that he is turned out again quickly here suggests nothing has come to light subsequently. ALWAYS ARCHIE looks a more reliable prospect, however, given he’s finished second at Cheltenham since winning at Stratford. Abbey Lane has useful point-to-point form but is 0-13 over fences under Rules and the others have plenty to prove in this sphere as well.
