      Verdict

      A competitive staying handicap chase to end the afternoon's proceedings at Huntingdon, with several of the seven runner line up holding claims. Topweight Fasgo, from the stable of Paul Nicholls warrants respect but is unproven on ground as fast as this and is probably best watched here. Kim Bailey's Lord Seamus made the most of an attractive mark when winning at Ascot in April but it would appear that the handicapper has caught up with him now judged by his latest effort at Exeter. Buccaneer Boy, while holding claims on his best form, has a lengthy absence to overcome, while Suntas is another having his first start of the campaign in this contest and may fail for lack of peak fitness. At the bottom of the handicap, neither Fandango De Chassy, nor Sir Valentine look good enough, so the TEAMtalk selection is Russell House. Alan King has his stable in fine form at present and, with improvement anticipated from a reappearance third behind Keltic Heritage at Hereford last month, we take this dour stayer to continue the stable's winning run.
