Verdict
Briscoe Place is our selection in the Hunters' chase with Watership Down and Balinova likely to chase him home. The ex-Jonjo O'Neill inmate appears to have rediscovered a zest for the game since sent pointing and he has won his last two races - making all in the latter. Watership Down didnt appear to start his Folkestone victory at all well but he finished well to post an unlikely victory. This looks tougher on paper. Balinova is tried on fast ground having flopped last time out under rules. Cash In Hand is still a maiden under rules and cheekpieces are tried again. Gothic Charm won well at Maisemore Park in his latest start between the flags. Elenas River looks a light of his former self. The market should provide plenty of clues and we are with Briscoe Place.
