In depth

Verdict

Boulders Beach gets the call here ahead of Stagecoach Opal and Lady Speaker. Boulders Beach has shown plenty of promise in four runs to date and, quite simply, seems to have the best overall profile for this race. He should go well. Stable companion, the Sedgefield bumper winner Stagecoach Opal, could give him the most to do. Harry Flashman is a potential improver, as is Nonotreally, while Young Smokey has shown promise in bumpers. Finally, Lady Speaker has shown more than enough to suggest that she can bag some money today but, overall, we like the look of Boulders Beach.
