Verdict

We're Not Stopping looks to hold solid claims in a modest heat, and he gets the call over Tee-Jay and York Rite. The selection came good at Southwell last time in a similarly modest event and he may have been lucky to score as the favourite that day departed at the first fence. However, he had shown promise the time before on his chasing bow and, to be fair, this will not take too much winning. Tee-Jay holds very good claims as he was the best of these over hurdles and is sure to have been well schooled for his chasing debut. A repeat of Arctic Lagoon's form of 15 months ago gives him a chance, although he has been disappointing since then. York Rite holds Noble Colours on Hexham form of September 12 and holds place claims if repeating that, but for the winner we return to We're Not Stopping.
