In depth

Verdict

This is quite competitive and Charlie Snow Angel is probably best at Newcastle, though did beat Up Helly Aa King last time and arrives on a hat-trick. Mah Mate Bob has won twice at Sedgefield and once at Hexham already this season, though over shorter trips. Aloomomo is interesting as he caught the eye at Doncaster following a lengthy absence and is entitled to have come on for that run. Tanarpino is more than capable in this grade and Mr Mcgo and Knocknamona could also figure but a tentative vote goes to WELL ABOVE PAR as November’s course and distance winner probably did too much in front next time at Newcastle.
