Verdict
Bonny Houxty has shown glimpses of ability but is the senior runner in this and still a maiden. Lissen To The Lady has won twice here this year over shorter trips but she looked in the handicapper’s grip last time and Paddy The Panda looks to be treading water off his current mark. TARTAN COOKIE was never travelling at Newcastle last time but has had a short break and, reunited with winning rider Danny McMenamin, is capable of playing a part here. Brandy McQueen has gone up 5lb for winning at Perth but can’t be ignored.
