Verdict

Pipers Cross gained a hard-fought victory here at the start of the month but may struggle to follow up under a penalty, despite her rider’s claim. Our Laura B showed some improvement at Sedgefield but COME ON DU BERLAIS should recoup losses incurred at Ayr with that run under her belt. Notbitterbutbetter could be a danger, however, as she’s travelled a long way for this and is a half-sister to two winners. Maisie Too is preferred to Thorsda of the others.
