Verdict

Desdichado put a poor effort behind him to go close at Ffos Las recently. Nonios and Falcon's Song have had just the one start each in a handicap and have plenty of scope for improvement but Brasted has returned a losing favourite the last twice now. Cornelious scored at Lingfield last week but is upped in class for this and Charlie Bear has something to prove over the trip. Open The Red should be sharper for a seasonal debut at Goodwood in July but BIOTIC is now on a lower mark than when winning last year’s renewal and Rod Millman’s charge gets a speculative vote to come out best once again.
