Verdict

This is anybody's race and only a speculative vote goes to the most recent of course and distance winners in PEARL ICE. He beat the re-opposing Sighora last month while Mutawathea and Early Morning both scored over track and trip in April though the latter has been raised 8lb for his success. Top weight Starfield has a shout dropping down a grade and Si Senor recorded a double over course and distance last season. Snow Trouble is another to consider on his third at Lingfield while Newmarket winner Spirit Raiser can also be given a chance on her latest fourth at Ascot.
