Verdict

A good race that would even warm the cockles of those who despise all-weather racing and FULLANDBY can land it at the expense of Ebraam and Knot In Wood. Catching Tim Etherington's charge right has been a difficult task but it was good to see him finally getting his head infront at Beverley last month. He appears as if he is likely to get this six and from a favourable draw, he gets the nod. Ebraam has a solid record on the polytrack. His latest run at the track was a good one granted his low draw and he shouldn't be far away. Knot In Wood is very much in the vein of a progressive sprinter. He deserved a compensation success last time out though needs to improve upon his previous all-weather attempts here. Aahayson was behind Knot In Wood in the Ayr Gold Cup and therefore needs to find a couple of pounds to reverse form. Viking Spirit has the cheekpieces off today and has had time off since his last racecourse start. Pearly Wey hails from a yard that are performing better than they were and could make some appeal to each-way punters that prepared to chance him on his first polytrack start. Fullandby is the call.
