In depth

Verdict

It seems to be a regular occurance of late but this maiden is another poorly contested and Snowdrop Princess is our choice over Trimaram and Common Purpose. The selection was noted making eye catching progress in the closing stages, of what appeared an above average maiden over the course recently. Also showing signs of greeness on that occasion, she will no doubt have learned considerably from that experience and can get off the mark today. Trimaram has to be respected coming from Mark Johnson's yard. The market is likely to prove the best pointer to her chances but it is worth bearing in mind that the yard have had a number of short priced favourites turned over in recent weeks. Common Purpose is the sole runner with an issued rating, that being 72. Jane Chapple-Hyams' will no doubt be picking up handicaps in the coming months but is vulnerable against rivals open to improvement. Snowdrop Princess can be taken to come on for that debut run last time and land this maiden.
