Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

A few of these are probably just ticking over until they can go jumping again but Jonjo O'Neill has done well with his few runners on the Flat and WINGED ARROW can provide him with another success. Mission Control makes the short-list along with Kavaloti. Former Freemason Lodge inmate Criterion is worth watching on his second start for Ian Williams as he has the ability to rate a good deal higher but he does have questions to answer. Winged Arrow has only scored once in twenty six starts under both codes in Ireland but made a pleasing start to his career for his new yard when staying on well from off the pace at Wolverhampton. He's well handicapped, looks to have been rejuvenated by the change of scene and makes some appeal. Mission Control has often shaped as though this trip will be within his scope but the proof of the pudding is in the eating and we're happy to pay to find out with there being a number with proven claims in the line-up. Kavaloti is one of those although he doesn't win as often as we'd like, Calculating was a course and distance winner from a 17lb higher mark under a year ago and hasn't shaped badly the last twice whilst Callisto Moon is a useful sort who makes his debut for a new yard. A few to bear in mind then but Winged Arrow is the one we like.
