Verdict

Nicky Henderson introduces Whatswrongwithyou, already a winner between the flags, but this looks a competitive bumper. Book of Gold was second at Warwick last month and Motueka ran well at Chepstow in the same month, though Richard Johnson prefers the stable’s former pointer Springtown Lake. Have This For Now met trouble in-running when a close fourth at Towcester and Mister Malarky is a likely improver but SEA SOVEREIGN shouldn’t be far away if reproducing his run in a Listed race for four-year-olds at Cheltenham last month as the first four pulled well clear of the remainder. Amoola Gold looks the most interesting of the newcomers.
