    Verdict

EXECUTIVE FORCE (NAP) has a fitness advantage over the rest of these and went close to landing a hat-trick with last week’s third at Chelmsford. Another bold bid is expected if proving as effective over this longer trip. Hugo Palmer’s yard is in fine form and Collide also steps up in distance on his return though all of last year’s winning form came with cut in the ground. Al Hamdany ran well when runner-up over track and trip on his latest start but that was last July. Hyanna landed a double over today’s trip last season but is now 10lb higher than when successful at Newmarket and Noble Gift may need to slip further down the weights before ending a long losing run. Dalgarno won three of only eight starts when trained in France but hasn’t raced since 2017 as he debuts for new connections.
