In depth

Verdict

Camouflaged improved for the step up to 1m2f when second at Chelmsford and there should be more to come over this longer trip. But CRITIQUE was beaten only a neck when third over today’s distance at Lingfield in March and Oisin Murphy’s presence suggests he can open his account today. Maximilius and Anno Lucis may both finish closer now tackling middle-distances while a host of these go handicapping for the first time with High Shine preferred to the likes of Russian Rumour, Tigerten and Windy Cove
